This sweet vanilla flavoured crunchy oat biscuit with rhubarb is inspired by the famous Rhubard and Custard Crumble. For something even more special, heat these in the microwave for 5-10 seconds and serve warm.

Wheat Flour (with Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Sugar,Butter (Milk), Rolled Oats (10%), Rhubarb Preparation(5%) [Rhubarb(82%) Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Stabilisers (E440i, E415), Acidifier (E330), Flavours, Preservavtive (E202), Vegetable Extracts], Custard Powder (3%)[Maize Starch,Salt, Colour (Annatto), Flavouring], Natural Flavouring Vanilla, Raising Agents (Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Natural Flavour Rhubarb.
